She was born July 12, 1937, in Logan, Ohio, to Homer Kinnison and Irene Morgan Kinnison.

Ruby was a graduate of Winner Substantial Faculty Course of 1955, the place she excelled in teachers and was a majorette. She still held in touch with some of her classmates. Ruby was blessed with 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, whom she cherished quite a lot she often made sure they usually received specific playing cards on their birthdays. A mother to all sons, Ruby also leaves powering her niece, Cheri (Fred) Woak of Niles, who was like a daughter to her and Jim as properly as many nieces and nephews.
