I'm not sure what kind of services you're talking about. But in any case you would have taxes to file. With an internet business you gotta report all income to uncle sam, or else... If you're shipping something out of country, you don't have to pay any extra shipping charges, but the recipients in a foreign country would need to pay customs charges, which could get quite high, Prices on electronics and cars in foreign countries are three times higher than in US, for that reason. If you actually have a division of your country operating in a foreign country like Google Russia for example, you would need to abide by all the laws and taxes of that country.
I was browsing the Paid Services section of the drupal forums and I was curious whether there were any cross border issues that need to be taken in Paid Drupal Services?
