There is almost no documentation out there on how to use Arguments and Relationships in Views 2, so that would be an enormously useful show topic -- which would no doubt dominate Google search results on this subject.
Or if you want to make the show more general, go through the concrete examples of how to build some useful views. When I am learning something new, I find that the recipe of how to do something is much more useful that the theory behind it.
As you learn how to use this stuff please blog it somewhere to share. There isn't enough Views 2 documentation and not enough people writing it. It you write some good stuff consider adding it to the drupal.org handbook under Views 2.
