Great podcast, but I came late to the game. As a result, my feeds do not contain all the episodes in iTunes. Does anyone know an easy way to get the old episodes to show up in the podcast feed in iTunes for Windows. I know there are scripts and apps for the Mac, as well as instructions for hacking together your own web server, rolling your own XML file, and using hosts file changes to trick iTunes to use your feed instead of the original.
Or, Rob or Matt, would you be able to change a setting on your feed generator and allow all episodes for us to subscribe to once to get a listing of all the shows, then unsubscribe so we don't hammer your servers with feed requests on a file that will never update again?
