Thanks, Jon. The discount ugg spam problem is getting really bad. I just deleted about 20-30 of them off of here, and even more off of some other sites that got hit with it this weekend.
As you discovered, there is a "report as spam" link, and your friendly neighborhood site moderators have been a lot more proactive about patrolling spam lately.
As to your other question, the gandg website has the Twitter module installed. If you want to automatically tweet your new posts here, you can set your full twitter credentials on your profile page here. I'm guessing the 401 is because they're only partially set or maybe you've changed your Twitter password since you set it here.

We got hit by Ugg on a couple of our church sites. I changed CAPTCHA settings from only requiring commenters to pass the test once to displaying it every time. They hit again last night, but only posted 10 replies instead of hundreds, so it appears to have helped.
Does anyone have an easy workflow for blocking IP's in Drupal? I can see who the spammer is. I can delete the user. But to match the user to the IP? Currently it requires I go into the server logs and try to match up access info. Anyone have any recommendations as to blocking IPs? Good idea? Bad idea? I am looking toward managing our church site without having to subscribe to Mollom etc. As in many churches money toward the site is not the highest priority. Thanks

Hey there,
I have been getting spam on my lavalamp tutorial by discount ugg. How about installing the flag module to flag SPAM or something. I currently haven't been able to find a place to report it.
