Log into admin.

Click on "Entensions" and then on "Install/uninstall"

Click "Browse" in the MicroSoft pop up to find the Template you want to install.

(You have to have downloaded a template to your computer already and placed it somewhere like your desktop or mydocuments)

Click on template and then on "Open"

Next you should click on "Upload file and Install"

The whole zip file will be automatically installed and all is good when you get a "Successful" in green.

Next you will need to hover over "Extensions" and then click on "Template Manager".

All that is left is to set the new template as the default template and you should be good.

***Note*** Most templates have parameter you can set. Usually the more you pay the more template parameters you get that can be modified from the back end. Your template name is highlighted in blue and clickable in the Template Manager. Your modifiable parameters are there. ***Note***
