Your site looks 'ok'.
It takes a little while to load (could be the server your on). I would consider 'styleing' the navigation/links to make them a little more appealing.
The thing that im really impressed with is the ease of use. Usability is great on this website, its not cluttered and you can find information with your eyes closed :P
